Reservations & Cancelation Notes:

• Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guest fees apply.  See below
• Check-In time : 12pm - 5pm. A $25 fee applies for check-ins on Sunday and after 5 pm Monday through Saturday. No check-in after 9 pm any day
• Check-Out time: before 10 am.
• Amount paid at booking is non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.  A $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Credit card fees are non refundable 
• No refunds for early departures
• Sites will be assigned at check in.
• We accept all credit cards, cash or Zelle.  Credit card fee applies when used as form of payment

Daily Rates: Include all utilities & basic wifi

• $70 - $85

• $5 per pet per day

• $10 per 3rd & 4th person per day

• Full payment required at booking. None-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival

• Basic wifi is free. Add high speed wifi for $5 per stay

 Weakly Rates: Include all utilities & basic wifi

• $375 - $475
• $25 per pet per week
• $50 per 3rd & 4th person per week
• $250 deposit required at booking. Non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival
•  Basic wifi is free.  Add high speed wifi for $10 per week

 Monthly Rates: Include water, sewer & basic wifi (two month minimum stay)

• $925 - $1200 plus electric

• $50 per pet per month

• $100 per 3rd & 4th person per month

• $250 deposit required at booking. Non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival and forfeited if monthly stay is less than two months
• long term residents can rent a mailbox for just $10 a month.
